Bob Dylan To Head Bumbershoot Line-Up


Bob Dylan will kick off Bumbershoot, Seattle’s 40th Annual Music & Arts Festival, which takes place September 4-6 at Seattle Center.

Festival producer, One Reel, announced that in addition to Dylan, other headliners will include Mary J. Blige, Hole and Weezer. They will be joined by Portland indie rockers The Decemberists; Chicago punk band Rise Against; hip-hop artist J. Cole; and a favorite of Northwest folk-pop fans, Neko Case according to The Seattle Times.

One Reel promises one more "very special guest" to be announced later on the closing-night bill according to The Seattle Times. Also still to be announced: Bumbershoot's literary, comedy, performing arts, visual arts, film and theater programming
